09 det Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the 09 det Platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering, depositing, withdrawing, or placing a wager — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Platform and must close your account immediately by contacting support at [email protected].

09 det may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email. The updated Terms take effect from the date shown in the version header. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. If you continue to use the Platform after an update has been published, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of ambiguity or conflict.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the 09 det Platform. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. 09 det treats the protection of minors as a fundamental obligation. Where there is any doubt about a player's age, 09 det will request official government-issued identity documents before allowing further account activity. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 will be permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on the 09 det Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 09 det reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, cancel any pending withdrawals, and forfeit any bonus balances. Players who discover they have inadvertently created a duplicate account must contact support immediately to resolve the situation.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and primary payment method details. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension. 2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

09 det operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any point: a national identity card (NID), a valid passport, a driving licence, or a recent bank statement or utility bill confirming your residential address. KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time at 09 det's discretion. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days will result in withdrawal suspension until verification is complete.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. 09 det strongly recommends using a unique password not used on any other website and enabling any available two-factor authentication options. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it, unless you have notified 09 det of a security breach prior to the activity taking place.

3.2 Suspected Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the 09 det support team immediately at [email protected]. 09 det will place a temporary security hold on the account while the situation is investigated. We cannot guarantee the recovery of funds lost due to compromised credentials where the breach arose from your own failure to maintain adequate account security.

3.3 Account Closure by the Player

You may request account closure at any time by contacting the 09 det support team. Before closure is processed, any pending bets will be settled and any outstanding withdrawal requests will be completed. If you are closing your account due to concerns about problem gambling, please inform the support team so that a self-exclusion can be applied instead of, or in addition to, a standard account closure — this adds an additional layer of protection should you attempt to re-register in the future.

3.4 Account Suspension or Closure by 09 det

09 det reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; provision of false registration information; breach of any clause in these Terms; abusive or threatening behaviour toward support staff; or any activity that 09 det reasonably believes to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other players. In cases of suspension for investigation, your funds will be held securely pending the outcome. In cases of confirmed fraudulent activity, funds may be forfeited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

09 det accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank), Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. The most current list of accepted methods is displayed on the cashier page of your account.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing Times

The minimum single deposit on the 09 det Platform is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard verified accounts, though high-value deposits may trigger additional verification checks under KYC obligations. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 09 det account balance in real time, typically within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 1 business day to reflect.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed KYC identity verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, except where an alternative method is approved in writing by 09 det support.
• Any active bonus balance must meet its applicable wagering requirement before the associated real-money balance can be withdrawn.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Verified accounts may withdraw up to ৳500,000 per day and ৳2,000,000 per calendar month via standard processing. Higher limits may be available for VIP account holders.

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts before 18:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on a business day are typically processed same-day. Requests submitted after 18:00 BST or on public holidays in Bangladesh will be processed on the next business day.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the 09 det Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Where a payment provider completes a transaction in a different currency, 09 det will apply a conversion at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. 09 det is not responsible for currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider on their side of the transaction.

4.5 Third-Party Payments

09 det does not accept deposits from payment accounts that are not registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned to the source and a fee may be applied to cover processing costs. This policy is in place to protect players from fraud and to comply with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

09 det offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible players in Bangladesh. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms which are published on the relevant promotion page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Where there is a conflict between individual promotion terms and these general Terms, the individual promotion terms prevail for that specific promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion. Bonus funds that expire before their wagering requirement is met will be cancelled automatically and without notice.

5.3 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general guide: live casino games and sports betting typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; slot games contributed at the rate stated in individual terms; table games such as blackjack and roulette may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Players are advised to check the game contribution table in each individual promotion before wagering bonus funds on specific titles.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

09 det employs automated systems to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-variance bets designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; using more than one account to claim the same promotion; transferring bonus funds between accounts; and any other strategy that 09 det reasonably determines is intended to circumvent the purpose of the bonus programme. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, 09 det reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any winnings derived from it, and close the account.

5.5 Seasonal and Localised Promotions

09 det regularly offers promotions timed to events that are significant to Bangladesh players, including Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (December 16), and major cricket tournaments such as the Bangladesh Premier League and the T20 World Cup. These promotions are available exclusively to registered players with verified Bangladesh accounts and are subject to their own individual terms published at the time of the promotion.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets and Wagers

All bets and wagers placed on the 09 det Platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or event in question. 09 det reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, particularly where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, data errors, technical faults, or where accepting the bet would be contrary to these Terms. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and a unique bet reference number is generated.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session or while a bet is being processed, 09 det will use reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server-side logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, and the malfunction cannot be attributed to the player's own device or internet connection, 09 det's liability is limited to a refund of the stake placed for the affected round or bet. No further compensation will be offered in respect of potential winnings that were not confirmed before the malfunction occurred.

6.3 Maximum Winnings

Single-event maximum payout limits apply across all betting and gaming categories on the 09 det Platform. Maximum payout limits for sports betting events and individual casino game rounds are displayed in the relevant game interface or betting slip. 09 det reserves the right to limit payouts to the stated maximum even where the mathematical outcome of a wager would otherwise exceed that figure.

6.4 Integrity and Fair Play

09 det is committed to the integrity of all games and sporting events offered on the Platform. Any player found to be engaged in match-fixing, collusion with other players, use of prohibited software (bots, automated betting scripts, exploit tools), or any other activity that compromises the fairness of games will have their account permanently closed and all funds forfeited. Such activity may also be reported to relevant authorities.

6.5 Game Providers

Games available on the 09 det Platform are supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of each game are governed by the game provider's own documentation, which is accessible from within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms with respect to game-specific outcomes, the game provider's rules prevail for that specific outcome.

7. Responsible Gaming Obligations

09 det is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Bangladesh players. The Platform is intended solely as a source of adult entertainment. It is not a financial product, an investment vehicle, or a source of income. The following obligations apply to all 09 det account holders:

• You must only gamble with funds you can afford to lose.
• You must not use borrowed money or money intended for essential living expenses to fund your gaming activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 No Warranty

The 09 det Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 09 det makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose. Access to the Platform may be suspended for scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or reasons beyond 09 det's reasonable control (including but not limited to power outages, internet service disruptions, or force majeure events).

8.2 Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 09 det's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall 09 det be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

8.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 09 det and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law; or (d) your infringement of any third-party rights.

8.4 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through the 09 det support team shall be submitted to binding arbitration. All arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

8.5 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

8.6 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any individual promotion terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 09 det with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between you and 09 det relating to the same subject matter.
